Calhoun Police seek community’s help in finding Sean Patrick McDuffy, 27

Media release: Calhoun Police Chief Garry Moss states that his agency along with investigators from Clay County, N.C., are continuing to investigate the disappearance of 27-year-old Sean Patrick McDuffy of Calhoun.

McDuffy was last seen on Sunday, Dec. 20, and had planned a trip to North Carolina from which he was scheduled to return within a day or two.
A friend had spoken to McDuffy by phone on Dec. 21 around 6:30 p.m. and this was the last contact anyone had with McDuffy since.

“We have interviewed approximately 10 to 12 people pertaining to this investigation, and are continuing to follow up on numerous leads. Detectives in North Carolina have expressed concerns of foul play in his disappearance, due to evidence uncovered in their jurisdiction,” said Lt. Tony Pyle.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Calhoun Police Department at 706-629-1234 or E911.
