Toppled tractor trailer at Redmond near Garden Lakes creates traffic snarl

WRGA reports a tractor trailer hauling wood chips has overturned on Redmond Circle at Mathis Drive near Garden Lakes Boulevard. The Google Traffic map below, grabbed at 11:40 a.m., shows how congested travel is because of the accident. Witnesses say the only way into that area is from Shorter Avenue.
