Each event is expected to draw more than 4,000 guests and would allow guests to carry alcohol purchase from downtown restaurants in the 200, 300 and 400 blocks of downtown Rome. The hours would be 6 until 10:30 p.m. except for the Oct. 24, which would start at 5 p.m. The meeting begins at 5 p.m.
