Terms and Conditions
These terms set out the rules for using Real Money Online Casinos at johndruckenmiller.com. They explain what this site is, how our online casino rankings are produced, what commercial relationships exist behind them, and where our responsibility ends and the individual casino operator's begins. Read them before you act on anything you find here. Last reviewed: Sep 26, 2026.
The short version: we publish research-based comparisons of real money online casinos for adult readers in the US. We do not take bets, hold funds, process deposits or run promotions. Every account you open, every dollar you deposit and every bonus you accept is a contract between you and that casino, governed by that casino's own terms and conditions — not by ours.
Who may use this site
By using johndruckenmiller.com you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, or the legal minimum gambling age in your state if it is higher, and that accessing online casino information is lawful where you are. Some US states set the floor at 18 for certain products; online casino gaming is commonly restricted to 21 and over. The responsibility to know your local rule sits with you.
You also confirm that you are not on a state or operator self-exclusion list. If you have enrolled in a self-exclusion program, following links from this page to a gambling operator may breach the conditions of that program. Our responsible gambling resources cover self-exclusion, deposit and loss limits, and gambling blocking software in more detail.
Nothing on this site is an invitation to gamble in a state where online casino play is not authorized. Legal availability in the US varies state by state, and a site accepting a sign-up from your zip code is not the same thing as that site being authorized to serve you there.
Commercial disclosure: how we are paid
We may earn commission when a reader follows a link from this site, opens an account and plays. That is how the site is funded. Some operators we cover pay us; some do not.
Commission does not buy a position in our rankings, and it does not buy a rating. Our editorial scores are set independently of any commercial arrangement, and an operator that pays us nothing can outrank one that does. What commission does affect is which operators we have links for at all — we cannot link where no arrangement exists. We state this plainly because it is a material fact you should weigh when reading any comparison page, ours included.
Editorial ratings on this site are our own assessments. They are not customer-review scores, not survey results, and not an indication that money will be returned to you.
How our rankings are produced
We research rather than test. Nobody on this site deposits, plays or withdraws in order to write a review. Our assessments are built from published operator terms, licensing and regulatory records where available, software provider disclosures, and documented player complaints. Where a claim is an operator's own advertising, we say so. Where a question is unresolved, we say that too.
The factors we weigh, in rough order of importance:
- Licensing and regulatory standing — which authority, if any, is named, and whether the operator is authorized for the states it accepts players from.
- Bonus terms — wagering requirements, maximum bonus bets, bonus expiry dates and cashout limits, read against the headline percentage.
- Withdrawal practice — stated withdrawal times, minimum withdrawal amounts, weekly or monthly withdrawal limits and any fees.
- Verification demands — what KYC and identity verification the operator requires, and when source-of-funds checks are triggered.
- Game range and software — slots, table games, live dealer rooms, the providers behind them, and whether RTP figures are published.
- Player protection — deposit and loss limits, self-exclusion tools, complaints procedures and support availability.
Rankings change. A casino's position reflects what we could verify on the date shown at the top of the page, not a permanent judgment.
What the listed offers mean — and what they do not
The offers shown in our ranked cards are the operator's advertised headline promotion, reproduced as advertised. They are illustrations, not entitlements. Every one of them carries conditions the headline does not show, and those conditions are set by the operator and can change without notice to us.
Three examples from the top of our current list, with the caveats that matter:
Raging Bull — 410% up to $10,000 + 50 Free Spins
It heads our list because the package combines an unusually high match percentage with a ceiling large enough to be meaningful to a mid-size depositor, and because the operator's promotional terms are published in enough detail to be read before you commit. For a terms page the important point is what sits underneath that 410%: a match of that size almost always arrives with substantial wagering requirements, a maximum bet cap while bonus funds are active, an expiry window, and in many cases a cap on how much of a bonus-derived win can be cashed out. The 50 free spins will be tied to named games. Limitation: a very large advertised maximum is only reachable by depositing at a level most readers will not, and high-percentage matches typically come with the heaviest playthrough on this list. Read the promotional terms in full before depositing, and check state eligibility first.
Magician Bet — 101% No Wagering
It is here for the opposite reason to Raging Bull: the headline is small, but "no wagering" removes the single condition that most often stops a bonus from turning into withdrawable money. If the no-wagering description holds as advertised, what you win from the bonus is yours subject only to the operator's normal withdrawal rules. Limitation: "no wagering" rarely means no conditions at all — expect a minimum qualifying deposit, a maximum bonus value, possible game restrictions and a time limit on using the credit. A 101% match is also a much smaller sum than the percentages further down this page, so it suits cautious first deposits rather than large ones.
Slots of Vegas — 375% Bonus + 50 Free Spins on Cash Chaser
It earns its place on range: a slots-led catalog with a named free-spins title, which at least tells you where the spins can be used rather than leaving it vague. Limitation: spins locked to a single game mean the volatility and RTP of that one title determine what the spins are worth to you, and you have no say in it. As with any large percentage match, the wagering multiple attached is the number that decides whether the 375% is worth taking — the percentage alone tells you very little.
Offers at a glance
| Casino | Advertised offer | Editorial rating |
|---|---|---|
| Raging Bull | 410% up to $10,000 + 50 Free Spins | 10.0 |
| Magician Bet | 101% No Wagering | 9.7 |
| Slots of Vegas | 375% Bonus + 50 Free Spins on Cash Chaser | 9.7 |
| Uptown Aces | 600% For New Players | 9.4 |
| Card Crush | Instant Welcome Reward: 2 Mystery Coins & 5 Cards | 9.3 |
| Zumba Cards | 250% Deposit Bonus up to 250 SC | 9.2 |
| BetUS | 200% up to $4,000 for New Players | 9.1 |
| Amazon Jackpots | 4 Posters + 40 Free SC + Bonus Wheel for $20 | 8.9 |
| Slots and Casino | 500% up to $2,500 x3 | 8.8 |
| Bets.FM | 225% deposit bonus up to 1 BTC + 225 Free Spins | 8.6 |
Ratings above are our editorial scores, not player reviews. Offers marked in SC are sweepstakes-style coin packages rather than cash bonuses, and the Amazon Jackpots entry requires a $20 purchase — it is a paid package, not a giveaway. The Bets.FM figure is denominated in cryptocurrency, so its dollar value moves.
Costs, deposits and payouts are between you and the operator
Real Money Online Casinos charges readers nothing. We take no deposits and hold no balances. The cost of taking part is whatever the casino requires: a qualifying deposit to unlock a welcome bonus, and your own stake thereafter. Money you deposit is at risk. No outcome is promised by us or by anyone else.
Payment methods available to US players commonly include debit cards, credit cards (often declined by the issuer for gambling transactions), ACH bank transfers, wire transfers, e-wallets and, at some operators, cryptocurrency. PayPal availability is limited and depends on both the operator and the state. We do not warrant that any named method works for your bank, your card or your location — verify it in the cashier before depositing.
Each method carries its own minimum deposit, minimum withdrawal amount, processing time, withdrawal limit and possible fee, all set by the operator. Withdrawals typically require completed KYC and identity verification, and larger or unusual cashouts can trigger source-of-funds checks. Delays at that stage are common and are not something we can escalate on your behalf.
If a payout is refused or stalled, the first step is the operator's own complaints procedure, in writing, with your account reference. If that fails, the escalation route is the licensing authority named in the operator's terms. We have no authority to compel payment, reverse a decision or recover funds, and we make no guarantee that any withdrawal will be paid.
What we cover, and the limits of that coverage
The casinos on this site typically offer some mix of slots, progressive jackpots, live dealer rooms, blackjack, roulette, baccarat and other table games, plus mobile play through browsers or dedicated apps. Several operators — BetUS among them — also run sportsbook and other betting products alongside the casino. Those adjacent products sit under separate terms, separate bonuses and often separate wagering rules, and a casino bonus generally cannot be used on sports markets. Nothing we publish about a casino section should be read as applying to a sportsbook, poker room or sweepstakes coin store run by the same brand.
We describe game types, software providers, RTP and volatility as published by the operators and suppliers. We do not verify random number generators ourselves and do not certify game fairness. Catalog contents change constantly; a game we mention may not be available in your state.
Legal standing, licensing and jurisdiction
US online casino regulation is set at state level. There is no single federal license for online casino play, and federal law does not authorize it nationally. A handful of states license and regulate online casino gaming directly; many do not. Separately, sweepstakes and social casino models operate under different legal theories again, and their availability also varies by state. Whether a given operator may lawfully serve you depends on where you are, not on whether its sign-up form accepts you.
We do not claim licensed or regulated status for any operator we list beyond what that operator's own documentation states, and we do not represent any casino as risk-free or completely safe. Where we cannot verify a licensing claim, we treat it as unverified and describe it that way.
Our guide to casinos outside the GamStop scheme covers a UK-specific self-exclusion topic and is not guidance for US players on state licensing.
Accuracy, changes and intellectual property
- Accuracy: we check facts on the date shown and correct errors when we find them, but bonus terms, payment options and state availability change without notice. Always treat the operator's current terms as authoritative over ours.
- No advice: nothing here is legal, tax or financial advice. Gambling is entertainment with a cost, never a way to earn money or address a financial problem.
- Third-party sites: once you follow an outbound link, that operator's terms and privacy policy apply. We do not control their content, offers or conduct.
- Content ownership: the text, structure and ratings on johndruckenmiller.com are ours. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link; systematic copying or republication is not permitted.
- Changes to these terms: we may revise this page. The review date at the top reflects the current version, and continued use of the site means you accept it.
- Availability: we do not promise uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from downtime, errors or reliance on information published here.
Responsible gambling obligations you take on
Using this site means accepting that you gamble at your own risk and within your own means. Set a deposit or loss limit before you play rather than after. Use the operator's cooling-off and self-exclusion tools if play stops feeling like a choice. If gambling is causing harm to you or someone close to you, free confidential help is available in the US through the National Council on Problem Gambling helpline, 1-800-522-4700, which operates 24 hours a day.
Questions about these terms
If something here is unclear, or you believe we have published an inaccuracy about an operator, tell us — corrections are welcome and we act on them. You can reach the editorial team through our contact page, and you can read who produces this research on the about page. For anything concerning your own casino account, balance, bonus or withdrawal, contact the operator's support team directly; we have no access to your account and cannot act for you.
