From the National Weather Service: Areas along and north of a line from Cedartown to Canton to Cleveland (Ga.) have a 100 percent chance of some sort of precipitation. We could see sleet accumulation of up to a quarter inch and perhaps a tenth of an inch of freezing rain, possibly starting Thursday morning and continuing into the afternoon.

ANY LIGHT ACCUMULATIONS. SLEET AMOUNTS UP TO ONE QUARTER OF AN INCH 
AND FREEZING RAIN AMOUNTS UP TO ONE TENTH OF AN INCH APPEAR 
POSSIBLE. LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS CANNOT BE RULED OUT. TEMPERATURES 
WILL BE FALLING THROUGH MUCH OF THE DAY IN THIS AREA...SO ANY SLICK 
SPOTS THAT DEVELOP ON ROADWAYS MAY CONTINUE TO BE A CONCERN INTO THE
