Scott Smith named to River City Bank’s Board of Directors

Media release: C. King Askew, Chairman of the Boards of RCB Financial Corporation and River City Bank, announced that Scott M. Smith has been appointed to the Board of Directors.
“We are delighted to welcome Scott to our board of directors,” said Mr. Askew. “We are fortunate to add a community leader with his depth of legal and business experience. I am sure he will make many positive contributions to the future of River City Bank.”
Mr. Smith is a partner with the law firm of McCrae, Stegall, Harman, Smith & Manning, LLP. His practice includes the areas of real estate and commercial law. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and the Mercer Law School.
Scott is an active director and past president of the Boys and Girls Club of Rome, the Board of Directors of Mercy Senior Care, and is a charter member of the Seven Hills Rotary Club. He has served on the United Way Board of Directors as Allocations Chairman and actively volunteers with RACE Rome. He is a member of the First Baptist Church of Rome having served as past Chairman of Deacons.
