Community Holy Week Services set for March 30-April 1. Plus: Holy Week schedules
The 2015 Community Holy Week Services have been set for Monday through Wednesday, March 30-April 1. The services will be held at North Broad Baptist Church, 1309 N. Broad St., in Rome. They begin each day at noon and will last about 30 minutes. Each will be followed by a lunch at the church (suggested donation: $5). Reservations are not required. Services are planned and led by ministers representing 12 local churches from eight denominations. At each service, an offering will be collected for Good Neighbors Ministry. Good Neighbors is a volunteer led partnership of over twenty local churches which provides social services to those in need.
