Traffic: Avoid Second Avenue near the railroad crossing again this Wednesday as repairs force closure

Please make plans to avoid Second Avenue again this Wednesday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Weather permitting, Norfolk Southern Railroad will finish cross-tie upgrades and maintenance at the crossing just above the YMCA. Some signage already is in the area in advance of the project. A stretch of Second Avenue was closed last week for phase one of the rehab project.
