Mr. Dennis Lee Parrish, age 62, of Adairsville, passed away on Saturday, January 9, 2016, at his residence.

Mr. Parrish was born in Rome, Georgia on February 3, 1953, son of the late DeWitt Parrish and the late Mary Jewel Chance Parrish. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Danny Parrish. Mr. Parrish was of the Baptist faith and worked for a number of years as owner of Parrish and Son Mobile Home Repair.

Survivors include a son, Dewayne Parrish and his wife, Pamela, Cave Spring; three grandchildren, Blake, Brandon and Danielle; four great grandchildren, Caiden, Anthony, Allyson and Carlee; two sisters, Diane Parrish Lanier, Rome, and Doris Trapp and her husband, Sam, Armuchee; his former wife, Peggy Parrish Fletcher, Cave Spring; his mother-in-law, Alvis Pledger; life-long friend, Lynn Howerton and his wife, Sandra; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, South C hapel, on Tuesday, January 12, 2016, from 6 until 8pm. At other hours, they will be at their respective residences.
