From WRGA: Three lanes of North Second Avenue near Floyd Medical Center are blocked. Earlier this morning, a report of ice on the roadway came in to 911. Apparently, waster was coming up from a manhole and was freezing on the road. The road is being blocked as city crews make repairs. Only the outside, southbound lane is open. Traffic is being detoured onto West 5th Street.
