Calhoun Premium Outlets adding Christopher & Banks. New look on the way for Burger King off Turner McCall.

Local fans of Christopher & Banks have some good news on the way: The retailer, which left Mount Berry Square in November 2013, will open an outlet store soon at Calhoun Premium Outlets. Bids are out for a remodel of Burger King at 1303 Turner McCall in Rome: Look for some extensive remodeling of the Burger King in front of Home Depot as it adopts the “2020” imaging. Much of the building will be getting a redo, including the dining area and exterior. The Construction Journal reports bids are being accepted through Jan. 12 for the makeover. The Burger King job is just the latest in a series of upgrades and replacement projects along Turner McCall. Perhaps the most pronounced is what we’re seeing with the replacement Wendy’s throughout Northwest Georgia.
