A 19-year-old man has been arrested on 20 counts on the Berry College campus, ranging from 15 counts of burglarizing vehicles to four counts of obstruction of officers, according to Floyd County Jail reports.   Media release: Traffic crashes across Georgia during the Labor Day holiday travel period resulted in nine deaths, with eight being investigated by troopers.
