HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK
Showers and possible thunderstorms are expected for portions of northwest and far western Georgia by Saturday afternoon ahead of an approaching cold front. Strong to severe thunderstorms may be possible across this area.
Look for nearly 1.5 inches of rain, starting midafternoon Saturday and continuing well into Sunday. The storm chances appear the greatest at 5-7 p.m. Saturday and from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. Sunday.
