Take a tour of Rome City Brewing Co.’s new operation: The first tours of the new location at 333 Broad St. starting this Saturday at 4 p.m. For $10, you get a walk through the brewery fronting Broad Street, including the 10-barrel brewing system that replaced the four-barrel unit at the Brewhouse location at 325 Broad. Jamwich for breakfast? To ‘wich’ we say, why not? Jamwich at 510 Broad St. if serving breakfast today through Friday, starting at 8 a.m. and continuing until 11 or sell out. They’ve been experimenting a bit on a few recipes (you’ve got to read the Facebook posts for a classic gone wrong). We’ve seen a menu but we don’t know if it is “legit” as yet. Free Jack’s for a year in Summerville as part of grand opening promo: The third Jack’s Restaurant in Northwest Georgia has a grand opening set for April 9 in Summerville. Among the opening promotions: registering to win “free Jack’s for a year.” To enter, please click here. Jack’s sought bids in November for the restaurant with an estimated value of $800,000. It is part of Summerville’s fast-food freeway on U.S. 27 with Bojangles, a newly renovated Burger King, Taco Bell and McDonald’s all in the area.
