, the duo behind Harvest Moon Cafe, are expanding to add a Harvest Moon Cafe special events facility at 247 Broad St. The space will be located in “The Vogue” building that is owned by Rome developer Wayne Robinson, who has been renovating the building since last May.

According to Robinson, the Kiblers have leased the entire building and already have events booked starting in April 2018. Robinson’s original plan was to have loft apartments on the second story and with a “generic buildout” on the bottom floor for a possible restaurant. Robinson says all of the renovations will be complete by end the March and “The Vogue” signage will remain on the building.

The Harvest Moon Cafe event facility will be for special events only including weddings and parties. The parking deck at The Forum River Center/Town Green is location just behind the building to provide ample parking for events.

No changes are expected at the existing Harvest Moon Cafe restaurant at 234 Broad St.
