The Berry College baseball team eyes a trip to the Southern Athletic Association Tournament Championship this season. Berry kicks off the season at home on Tuesday, Feb. 6, at 2 p.m. against the Maryville (Tenn.) College Scots. Expanded report

The Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association has named Georgia Highlands Micayla McCoy as Pitcher of the Week. McCoy was 2-0 with 1 save and a 1.75 ERA, 3 K’s and1 complete game in three games last week.
