Mrs. Syble Louise Kelley Watkins, age 80, of Rome, passed away on Saturday, November 11, 2017, at her son’s residence.
Mrs. Watkins was born in Rome, Georgia on September 29, 1937, daughter of the late Clarence Kelley and the late Victoria Freeman Kelley.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, John L. Watkins.
Mrs. Watkins worked for a number of years at Integrated Products and the was a co-owner of Watkins Auto Sales until her retirement.
She was a member of the Desoto Park Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Lamar Tolbert and his wife, Donna, Rome, and Terry Tolbert and his wife, Phyllis, Rome; two step-sons, Johnny Watkins and his wife, Cindy, and Wayne Watkins and his wife, Donna; five grandchildren, Heather Tolbert Chapman and her husband, Stephen, Kelley Tolbert Potts, Jennifer Tolbert, Tandi Smith and Joey Watkins; great grandchildren, Soren Chapman, Contessa Chapman, Raylee Potts, Cameron Overman, Cheyenne Overman, Morgan Overman, Emily Overman, Jake Day, Madison Day and Peyton Hughes; nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, November 14, 2017, at 1pm at Oaknoll Memorial Gardens.
The Rev. Jerry Brooks will officiate.

Becky Swart Beacham, 60, of Aragon, Ga., died Thursday evening following a short illness.
A native of Floyd County, Mrs. Beacham was born September 25, 1957, daughter of the late J.W. “Bill “ Swart and Naomi Minton Swart. She was a graduate of Thornwood and Darlington Schools, and attended Belmont University. Becky was an incredibly giving person who was always willing to help others. She was an excellent mother and grandmother who always knew the proper balance between support and discipline. She was employed at the Rockmart Public Library. She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant sister, and her daughter Kaye Beacham Baggerly.
Survivors include her husband Brand Beacham and grandchildren Lane and Lizzie Baggerly, all of Aragon;
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, November 13, at the First United Methodist Church of Rockmart with the Reverends Martha Dye and Jeannette Dickinson officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 1 p.m. until the service hour. Following the service, there will be a reception at the residence, 1 Aragon Road in Aragon.
