Latest indictments: Rome man indicted for vehicular homicide in November 2016 crash that killed 64-year-old man.

A total of 18 true bills of indictment were returned late Friday by the Floyd County Grand Jury. Indictments include Jason Duvall of Rome indicted for vehicular homicide in the November 2016 head-on collision that killed 64-year-old Jimmy Gribble. Duvall is charged with vehicular homicide, failing to maintain lane, driving on a suspended license and being a habitual violator. The crash happened on Martha Berry and Amberwood in Armuchee. Gribble’s truck was hit head-on by a utility-type truck driven by Duvall.
