Dulaney Estate Holdings LLC has two sites up for auction on Sept. 21, including the former Magic Touch car wash at 915 N. Broad St. and the Magic Wand car was at 712 Turner McCall Blvd. Dempsey Auction Co. is coordinating the auction, which will be held at the North Broad site next to Saint Mary’s Catholic Church. The Dulaneys operate the Goo-Goo car washes, including the one just up the street from the former Magic Touch location.
